Memo: To All Minions
As you join the forums, please tell us a little about yourself in this thread. It will make identifying you and writing your obituary that much easier, in case of a tragic teleportation accident and whatnot.
Thanks, Your Overlords

Good day to the great overlords. This is MInion #2 I believe I am unsure of my actual title as it keeps changing from day to day but suffice it to say I enjoy my servitutde... As a secondary introduction. I am Mark, usually known as Thayan on most boards but now that I actually publish RPGs I think my real name is much mroe useful. I have been a gamer for what seems like forever and it was through my gaming addiction I found Chris and Kris. Much love to you guys.

Good I didn't want to be the first to respond.
Hi, my name is Rachel, I just tend to use Nycteris in forums - and decided not to break the tradition. I greatly enjoy game night at International House of Johnson, and originally met the Kris/Chrises at Origins 2008.

[evil laugh] Once again I have infiltrated the Secret Lair! Once again I will be able to plunder the super-tech archives for weapons to use in my own quests for world domination!
Wait ... what you you mean, I was invited? Hmmm. In that case...
My name's Ken Newquist. I do an occasional (ok, I suppose at this point it should be 'infrequent') podcast called Nuketown Radio Active, and blog fairly frequently at nuketown.com. I'm NukeHavoc just about everywhere.
I think I first heard of Chris and Kris through the Harping Monkey. While I've never met these two masterminds in person, I've been on the Secret Lair a few times, have been known to game with the Olde Fartz, and am responsible for one of the more disastrous picks for the book club (ok, again I lie to myself ... it's definitely the most disastrous one. Sky People, how you disappointed us...)

Oh, Ken. I think Fatherland was the worst by far. But your selection was a close second. *patpat*

Yikes, you guys read Fatherland for a book club?
Let's follow it up with a bit of Talmud, just for shiksas and giggles...
I'm Bill - I like Manischewitz Coladas, but not so much of getting caught in the rain. Too much humidity.

*squeezes syringe* Yes, it's good to have your details. All the better to gather your genetic profil- er, get to know you better. Yes.
John Cmar here, mad doc of infectious diseases, podcast vocal squatter, and gamer of many stripes. I have had the pleasure of both gaming and philosophizing with Mr. Miller and Mr. Johnson in person, and they expressed their desire for me to enhance the biological defenses of the Lair. Specifically, they said the following:
"Weaponized Airborne Hemorrhagic Syphilis. Can you do this?" I nodded with a knowing smile, and have been on forced retainer ever since.

I'm here, as if compelled by some strange force. I'm Jason, but I've been using jczorkmid online for quite a while. If I'm remembering correctly I first encountered Chris when we exchanged some email about podiobooks.com. And I met Kris when he left a comment on my blog.

Kingfish here. As a minion, I've served the Overlords since stumbling upon them at the Harping Monkey. Since then, I've had the pleasure of sharing a few meals, games (Olde Fartz represent!), and recordings with them. In an age where I can't listen to many podcasts, I always muster at the Secret Lair.
Otherwise, I'm Jay - Entrepreneur, Artist, Dreamer, and generally restless soul. I currently do project management at a small university (read: meetings and paperwork). To feed my geek habits, I try to write, game, watch lots of movies, scheme, and plot my own path towards world domination.
Thus far, none of my coutless plans for furthering the goals of the Overlords* have made it to implementation ("budget constraints" they say). However, I remain hopeful.

(This may not be the right place to post this, but I wasn't sure where.)
Speaking of evil plots: Every time I read your sig, Chris Miller, I end up with the song stuck in my head.

Ssh, quiet, I am hacking into the password table in the datab--Oh, hello there! Um, yeah, nothing untoward going on here. Ignore the code morlock inside the giant statuary head. Let's see, I've been listening to The Secret Lair since its inception. Its really one of the few chat style podcasts I listen to anymore. I like that there is discussion beyond what is on SyFy, nee SciFi this week. Really, would it be so hard for other genre oriented shows to diversify a bit more? I am tickled that classic SF literature pops up with regularity in the discussion. I also giggle maniacally when Chris makes hacker or code monkey references on the show. Double bonus points when KJ reacts with confusion. <plug alt="shameless">For anyone who may not already know, I also have this podcast I've been doing for a bit, The Command Line, over at http://thecommandline.net/.</plug>
